IAS, IPS and IFS to be from AGMUT Cadre from now, existing to be divided between two UTs

The IAS, IPS and IFS shall be from AGMUT( Arunachal,Goa, Mizoram and UTs) Cadre and the services existing Central Governmentemployeesshall be now distributed between UT of Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh as per the rules set by LG.
